Abby has pneumonia... Two injections and a filled prescription later, they decided it was okay for us to go home. Her oxygen level fel as low as 87% at one point... was averaging 92%, but would go up to 95% after she coughed. Because it went up after she coughed, they let us go on the condition that she get rechecked tomorrow morning. If it hadn't done that, we would've been looking at hospitalization.
The poor thing is just miserable! She is so listless and pretty much sleeps all the time. She has lost weight from her already too-thin frame, too. Oh, and the antibiotic shots were PAINFUL! I felt really bad for her!
Please pray that she feels better soon! She SO hates missing school!
